I was new to travel nursing when I started with Exp Medstaff- Crystal Lavato was so patient and kind and truly made my first travel assignment the positive experience that it was- she represented to me what the company stands for and I personally chose to work with her agsin when other choices were available- The team that helped get all of my pre paperwork and requirements together were great as well- I have nothing but good things to say about this company-
I have been with the team at Expedient for a few years now. I have worked both locally and as a Travel nurse and let me tell you my team has been phenomenal to work with!! I have had the most trouble free professional experience with super recruiter Marta Paz while being so far away from home and that has allowed me to focus on my craft, not stress out about all of the other things that go along with being a travel nurse 2000 miles away from home. My team back in Michigan, I mean what can I say. .thats my family! Many of the good things that have happened to me during my career took place while working assignments that they have assisted me with. Especially Tina and Mike, they have been with me since the beginning and I would not be where I am without them! If you are looking for an agency that will treat you like a member of a family not just a number...look no further!

My experience with Expedient has been stellar. As I dipped my toes into the world of travel nursing the staff walked me through all of the steps to get my profile ready to work. My recruiter, Crystal Lovato, has done an excellent job placing me in a facility where I have been quite happy, well compensated, and had my contract renewed multiple times. I don't know what travel nursing holds in store for me, but I know who I'll be traveling with! Thanks for the support and hard work Crystal and team!
Expedient Medstaff is an excellent travel agency . The staff have all work together as a team in order to meet my needs. They are efficient and courteous. Any concerns that I have encountered have been addressed satisfactory and without delay. I am very satisfied with Expedient.

I've been traveling for 5 years now and have used a variety of companies. I have been talking with my recruiter, Crystal at Expedient Medstaff for several years now. She is very experienced and educated about travel opportunities and processes important to locating and landing good assignments. The support staff is knowledgeable for credentialing and benefit concerns. During a recent contract sign-on Crystal was on vacation and her co-worker Jennifer filled in and got the contract set. At the Traveler's Conference this year we met the owner of the company and learned that he is a nurse and former traveler who saw a need for better representation for nurses and healthcare staff. I am happy with the variety of assignments offered by Expedient Medstaff and the wage and benefits meet my financial goals.
