I have been working with my Remede recruiter since I first started as a travel nurse in 2014. When I began to look into travel nursing I got dozens of calls from recruiters each day. My recruiter stuck out to me because she was a very real person. She could explain the ins and outs of the business as well as the disadvantages to some things that I would have never considered. As a travel nurse there seems to always be something that goes wrong, especially when you are as far from home as you could possibly be. I always feel confident that when all plans seem to come crashing down I can still rely on her to help me out of any situation. Most recruiters are great at telling nurses when there is a problem. She is better than any recruiter that I have ever met at finding solutions to problems before I am even aware that there is a problem which is greatly appreciated! I have referred many other nurses to her as I will always do. She is amazing and I love her!

I am writing this letter on behalf of Shedrick Hamer. I have been a traveling nurse for over four years and have never had a recruiter to cater to my needs as Shedrick Hamer has. He has been my recruiter since June of 2018. I found Remede traveling company while I was surfing the web for assignments. I talked to him and told him exactly what I was looking for and he began to work on the particulars and only came back to with me with assignments that met my criteria. His attitude is always very positive and professional. So many recruiters will call you back and offer you assignments based on their availability and not my need. For me, that was an immediate plus because he demonstrated caring and concern in his interactions with me. He returns all my calls no matter what time or day. That too is a major plus for me with a recruiter. Before meeting Shedrick, I was ready to throw in the towel with traveling, but he has given me a new resolve and I am motivated to continue for a while longer.
I have witnessed his dedication as a recruiter first hand and am very grateful for all he has done to make these last two assignments a success. I have and will continue to recommend all my fellow travelers to him. I believe that Shedrick Hamer is a true asset to the Traveling Nursing Profession. I have been doing travelling nursing on and off for the last 10 years ; Mr. Shedrick Hamer is the best RN recruiter I have ever had. He will go out of his way to meet the needs of his nurses. He is always available to talk regardless of how busy he is ; he advocates for his nurses both at his company and at the hospitals. Mr. Hamer always keeps his promise. Could not have asked for a better recruiter.
