Must live within 50 miles of Phoenix International Airport or Tucson International Airport
Hourly Range: $28.79-41.82 + quarterly bonus
Job Description
The LPN LVN Sr (RSD) will travel within their service region in support of Mobile Clinical Operations (MCO) to serve clients unable to get to a fixed clinic. This position will work with patients and providers to provide exemplary customer service during RSD events, including but not limited to, checking in and interviewing patients, measuring and recording vital signs, and drawing and collecting blood samples from patients.
Provide assistance to attending clinical provider including: assisting patients, taking medical histories, injections of medications and immunizations, etc.
Accurately receives and carries out clinical staff/provider orders.
Performs standard diagnostic procedures including but not limited to: EKGs, venipuncture, and preparation and or running of lab specimens for laboratory courier, PFTs, arterial flow Doppler studies, and other clinical diagnostic studies assigned
Performs housekeeping functions such as: changing exam room table paper, upkeep of cleanliness of the entire office
Chaperones during examinations as required or requested
Responsible for front office duties such as: answering telephones, preparing schedules and confirming appointments, data entry, filing and inventory
Verifies information through dialogue with clinical provider on all orders/instructions given.
Assist in the reconciliation and identification of medications for upload and possible refill in the EMR application
Works with providers and operational teams to ensure reports are submitted timely and accurately, may assist in preparation and delivery of reports
Responsible for administrative duties on-site including completion of expense reports in a timely manner following company policy
Qualifications and Job Info
High School Diploma, or equivalent GED. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years of hands on clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Care, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care or ER.
Current use and proficiency of/in Manual Vitals, EKGs, Blood Draws, and Venipuncture required.
Clean and clear LPN/LVN license required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required (those willing to obtain prior to hire may apply)
Must have a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) to operate across the U.S.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability/willingness to drive between work locations required.
Must reside in a state that is in the nursing compact.
Must reside within 50 miles or less of a major US airport.
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
