Charge / Supervisor / Manager travel RN needed in Yuma, Arizona
- Coordinating daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments and patent care.
- Review clinical staff charting of patients’ medical records and monitoring vital signs.
- Supervising nursing staff and overseeing their needs. Provide assistance with discharge or admissions.
- Be available to assist with patient care and or relief staff for breaks.
- Coordinate emergency code situations and or assist clinically during code crisis. Liaison between other
- departments with staffing of the unit.
- Review patient assignments and review nurses patient assessment, reports and patient care.
- Assist with any patient complaints or concerns.
