Report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring proper dosage, route, and patient education. Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, including physicians, surgeons, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care plans to promote optimal health outcomes. Safety and Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.
