The Registered Nurse - SNC collaborates with office coordinators, peers, SNC clinical providers, Ambulatory Surgery staff, anesthesiologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure charts are complete and accurate for all surgical patients prior to scheduled surgical procedure. He/She demonstrates commitment to professional accountability and growth. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Understands and adheres to the Facility Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the age specific needs of the patient in all aspects of care: biophysical, psychosocial, education, safety/environment, and discharge planning.
