Stuck in the Middle
Like any other job or profession, travel nursing has its ups and downs. Many times the “downs” come from a lack of communication and the results are not always pleasant. A good travel nurse agency will be able to provide insights into the culture of the assigned facility and advise the travel nurse of the best way to operate within that particular system. But it seems like Nurse Jilly got stuck in the middle of a scheduling battle and then paid the price.
