Too Much Talk And Not Enough Action?
I don’t want to dwell on the nursing shortage issue but I thought you might like to read a couple of scathing rants by a former member of the health care industry. The writer is apparently quite fed up with the wailing and gnashing of teeth regarding the shortage of qualified instructors and the lack of intelligent solutions to the problem.
Here she rails against the state of Connecticut for a lack of action.
And here she tears the Greenville Hospital System in South Carolina a new one for shipping nursing students to the Ukraine for the completion of their training.
Anyone care to offer their POV on this subject?
