At TravelNurseSource.com, we realize how much stress full-time nursing students are under while they are enrolled in an accredited undergraduate nursing program. We want to help alleviate some of that stress by providing financial support through nursing scholarships for their educational costs and educational expenses.

Our Nursing School Scholarship Returns!

This year, we are excited to announce the return of the TravelNurseSource.com nursing scholarship for full-time nursing students in nursing school or a nursing degree program! Yes, this scholarship is even available to community college students pursuing a college degree.

Two Scholarships Are Better Than One

And it gets even better – this year, we are awarding two $1,000 nursing scholarships to students enrolled in an educational program related to nursing, nursing students accepted into an accredited school, a BSN program, or an rn program!

TravelNurseSource’s Scholarship Program

Before we dive into the details of our nursing scholarship funds, academic performance, or application deadline, let’s cover the basics.

Who is TravelNurseSource.com?

TravelNurseSource.com is a health care job board that connects those in the nursing profession with the best travel nursing jobs across the country, helping them to land nursing jobs in dream destinations!

Practice Nursing in Dream Destinations

Whether registered nurses are looking for a role in the snowy Colorado mountains, quaint New England Coastline, or sunny beaches of Hawaii, TravelNurseSource.com provides endless opportunities in the health care industry for health professionals.

Who Can Be a Travel Nurse?

This answer is easy. Anyone can become a travel nurse as long as you have at least one year of experience and are licensed in the state you want to work in. Undergraduate and graduate nursing students can both apply to travel nursing jobs, but as mentioned above most travel nursing agencies typically require 1 + year of experience before hiring a registered nurse for a travel job.

Nursing Scholarship Award

Students pursuing a professional registered nurse program at a college or university put in years of hard work, late nights in the library, long shifts, and countless hours in the classroom to earn their nursing education.

But, no matter your work ethic, there is still the hurdle of tuition and financial aid that impedes many aspiring nursing students from pursuing a degree in nursing at an accredited nursing school.

Two Annual Scholarships for Undergraduate Nursing Students

There has always been a demand for more workers in the health professions, and nursing is no different.

Scholarships to Help Shrink the Shortage of Nurses

As of 2021, we currently have a critical shortage of nurses.

We hope that by offering this nursing scholarship program and financial aid twice a year, more undergraduate nursing students enrolled in a nursing program will have the opportunity to complete their nursing education and begin their careers in health care.
