I really enjoyed working there.

All the people are very nice, everyone works great as a team. When we are short someone and a replacement employee can't be reached we utilized OMNI staffing agency: There nurses and CNAs are usually familiar with the hospital already and don't need a lot of help. I'm glad they do this, because it prevents under-staffing and overworking the ones who are there. The management is very professional and understandable when mistakes happen. My director would come to me and politely tell me what I did wrong (which was usually paperwork) and clearly explained in what circumstances does it need to be done and how to do it correctly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I only left because I moved out of state, I miss it a lot and would go back in a heart beat if I could.
