Productive and a learning enviornment

A typical day at work would consist of Pre Surgical Testing all day long. I learned how to deal with a diverse population and how to adjust to people's religious and moral values. The hardest part of the job is a difficult patient because people didnt want to be stuck for venipunctures but i found a way to ease the patients and my co workers were always there to help. The best part of the job was meeting new people and learning different techniques to get the job done.

Great place to work

Very busy going in for 8am and leaving at sometimes at 4pm, i have learned numerical medical records filing and taking phones request for different department on patients medical records, insurance verification and patients last day of visiting the doctors office, purging of patients records.Great supervision by management and my co-workers always willing to help.hardest part of the job is getting a file request for a department in a different building and having to leave your unfinished work to go take that file out side of the building your in to the next no matter the weather.most enjoyable part of the job is being able to work in different department and learning hands on.

Very comfortable work surrounding with friendly employers and employees

The people in this environment were very concerned about me learning. I was taught on a daily basis to work hard and to learn from my mistakes. I was constantly reminded that this work environment and the people working there are open to questions if there was ever something I did not understand or anything I needed to make clear of.

Great workplace with tuition reimbursement

Working At LICH is a great experience. My coworkers and I maintain a productive relationship. Of course we may disagree sometimes but we are always ready and willing to lend a helping hand to each other.
