One of the best places to work in South Florida

I have been an employee at BRRH for the last five years, and I would not leave it to go work for any other company unless, like the Italians often say, I am offered an unbelievable deal that I cannot refuse. I feel that I belong in there. I am very comfortable going to work there and doing a great job everyday. Patient satisfaction and compliance are my main focus.

Review on Boca Regional Hospital Staff

To whom it may concern, My name is Jennifer Checco, my mother has been readmitted into Boca Regional Hospital. My mother has been in and out of BOCA REGIONAL HOSPITAL for the past two years. I have gone to every doctor and -ologist regarding her conditions, through Boca Regional Hospital. I wanted to acknowledge the people who stand out and treat my family and I, the way they would treat their own.  I want to compliment and commend her nurse, James B, RN, on floor 7, room 722; 4459. He was a professional, and a gentleman. He was kind, respectful and aware of the severity of the situation and went above and beyond for my mom, grandma, and I. I think that under these circumstances, and the amount of times that my mother has been in and out of BRH, he truly stood out and I wish that he was going to be there for the remainder of time that my mom is there. He was FABULOUS.  The CEO and hierarchy should be aware of the professionals that stand out and step up to the plate. I am so grateful that James was able to help my mother, grandmother, and myself today. He was PHENOMENAL, and was hoping he would be able to help my mother, grandmother, and I through these hard times. I think it is imperative that he is acknowledged. It is scary when your mother is not well, and he went above and beyond. Thank you James B (7th FLOOR, 11/28/2021).  I would also like to make it clear that there were only three DECENT people in the EMERGENCY ROOM this morning, Collin, Karen, and Sierra. My father and four younger brothers, uncles, cousins, and entire family are in the FDNY and NYPD, and being certified myself, treating the client and family with respect is extremely important. I felt very uncomfortable with other staff in the ER this morning, however, the names that I mentioned showed such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. I hope that they know how grateful I am for their help.  I also want to thank and acknowledge the fabulous team at the front desk at BOCA REGIONAL HOSPITAL.  I have written about the staff before, and today I want to thank Linda Gaines, Bethune Steele, and Vision Montimer.  I want to express my GRATITUDE to these employees, and Boca Regional Hospital for helping my grandmother and I get my mother back to health. Thank you. I would rather come home after a long day and tell the CEO, CFO, and managerial staff about the people who stand out and allow me to come home and feel safe that my mother is in good hands.  Best Regards, Jennifer Checco [email protected]
