Somewhat stressful environment due to lack of staffing

High paced working environment. Effectively uses the nursing process ofassessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in varied patient populations Collaborates with health team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical, mental, spiritual, and behavior problems; and accountable for meeting and maintaining the qualification standards and functional statements of assigned nursing grade Possession of good organizational skills which enable completion of work, a demonstrated ability to assume leadership in a patient centered program, and the ability to establish effective communication with patients, families, visitors Evaluates my own nursing practice as well as the performance of others and contribute to the professional development of peers, colleagues, and myselfCo-workers are typical stressed and somewhat unhappy with working conditions. Most enjoyable part of job is good patient outcomes.
