I worked in many different jobs at the hospital the staff I worked with was always good about helping out and always willing to do anything you asked if you needed help.

Ability to respond to situations with strong teamwork

Relieving the day shift and offering uninterruped care to all patients. I learned that being honest and supportive of patients and team members was of utmost importance. Management was supportive and open to dialogue.The hardest part of the job was dealing with on the spot life/death situations; also caring for an abused child only to have the abuser admitted to the ED and be my responsibility. The most enjoyable part of the postion was seeing positive outcomes, whether it was first time parents with a fussy child at 3 AM, or a critical motor vehicle accident patient improve.
