GBMC

THE STAFF TO SOME DEGREE ARE PLEASANT BUT THE ONES THAT ARE PLEASANT ARE NOT IN CHARGE. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF EDUCATED RN WITH A BACHELORS DEGREE BUT THEY SEEM TO PROMOTE INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE LESS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.

Worst Place,bad managers+Un-fair HR dept.

Honestly, I won't go back to work at this place any more and would not recommend to anyone.I have many years experience in health care settings as an RN, but I never ever seen that much worst hospital for work. First of all, they have no idea about the management and fair-treatment!!! If you may have any issue with management they will put you on fair treatment program(actually, this is just the game); which mean in is; un-fair program. HR department and managers share this program, at the end still you will be guilty..

worse place I have ever worked / treated poorly

Home Care RN for Gilchrist Hospice Care. Hostile enviorment to work for. Upper management are the MEANEST group of women I have ever met in my life. Co workers are fantastic. You can feel the tension from all co workers. All over worked and treated with disrespect. Turnover rate of RN's 50%. Pay is above any place else I have ever worked. Still cannot keep RN's. Would not recommend working there or for that matter using their services for a Hospice patient. Upper management's only concern is about money. Where they can cut cost even if it effects patient care. Basically, they don't care.
