Challenging some days, but very rewarding

There aren't any hard parts to my job, I'm very understanding. I learned that you can not please everyone. My co-workers are great and they have very good teamwork. A typical day at work consists of me having about 7 patients and maybe just a few of them who call just to have someone to talk to. The most enjoyable part of my job is leaving at the end of the day knowing that my patients felt as if they could depend on me fully and that I got everything done the right way by the time I leave.

Use to be a fun workplace until I started being bullied along with other employees.

Most of the people in the department were enjoyable to work with. I loved my employees. Have to watch your back with certain people that monitor every step you take such as the Radiologist. It got to where I was not enjoying work due to him bullying my employees and myself. There are too many administrators and not enough employees to make the whole patient experience run smoothly.I would still be there if I was not bullied and could rely on administration to help me with this.
