funny, good to work with, multi tasked, time management, team player. What I've learned at work is that I enjoy my job.The management is poor.the hardest part of my job is I meet some awesome people and unfortunately they pass away. because I work in the hospice department. I hear wonderful stories of their lives. The most enjoyable part of my job is that I meet wonderful people and I'm never in one place all day. .
Great place to work!
Friendy great place to work with amazing talented individuals who are very giving and very open to helping one another.
Co-workers are great, management is not. Worried about patient satisfaction over patient safety.
Overall the work is gruelling and the management is mediocre. They go by the numbers only and forget about the people who are the employees and patients. The stress is overwhelming and even the young nurses have asked me how I've done this for over 20 years.
Overall above average organization in terms of salary/benefits and work environment.
Pleasant work environment in which I learned six different computer programs. Staffing position provided thorough understanding of overall operations of the hospital. Management somewhat biased in terms of staff members with seniority, in this very small institution where the majority of employees have worked there twenty plus years.
