Great Hospital to start and gain experience.

A typical day working at AHMC is a repetitive job. The job requires you to do the same exact job every day, on your feet for eight hours at a time, in which is no problem.I learned many techniques in sterilization with the dos and do nots in a contaminated room Vs a Clean room. I got a better outlook on my job title as a CRCST. Improving and learning something everyday.Managment does not have a hold on it's employees as should, their is lack of construction and favoritism among the superior nationality working at AHMC. Co-workers are team players. The most enjoyable part of my job is knowing that my job is the most important part of the hospital. Patient care and sterilization is the number one priority in the hospital and of my job and i enjoy seeing patients happy with my timely assurance when it comes to my job responsibilities.
