The job itself was great, the inflexibility of the job not so great

I found a typical day at work on any floor was chaotic. It is the nature of this industry. I would have liked to be able to spend more hands on time with patients but the paperwork involved just continued to increase more and more. Also, the patient to nurse ratio I felt was not very safe. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping the patients and seeing it make a differenceI enjoyed the clinic part of this organization the most.

Productive and wonderful place to work

Very busy, always working around the clock because emergency situations happen every second of the day. I have learned numerous of things team work, good work ethnics, responsibility, and good work performance. my co-workers are excellent to work with. the hardest part of my job is when I have to put an IV in a toddler or child period cause the so fragile and the most enjoyable part of my job is that I love helping the sick and comforting them I just love caring for others.

Good place to work

The work was challenging; good working environment.A typical day at work included closing out prior bi-weekly payroll, processing current payroll changes/updates; reconciling g/l and bank accounts in down time; preparing daily bank deposits, posting payments to a/r; processing month-end journal entries, management reports.
