My typical work day would be coming in and organizing not only my day but getting the day set up for my co-workers. Reviewing the case load and reviewing the case load for the day. I would then proceed to start clinical reviews, retro reviews, denials, and any other projects which my supervisor would ask for me to do.What I learned was how to work in a financially constricted environment.I trained all new as well as retrained existing case managers. The hardest part of the job was trying to get the job done without the needed supplies. The most enjoyable part of the job was every part of it ! I love doing what I do. No words could explain why.
