Good place to work to gain experience

Long hours which prevent educational advancements due to being understaffed in particular areas. Management are the key to the performance of the organization as a whole, however a strong management team is needed to provide job security tor the non-exempt employees as well as clients. The hardest about the job is dealing with management that focuses only on the capital gains rather than the balance of both capital gain and the employees. It is offers the opportunity to learn more by recognizing the challenges of working with others that do not have to same goal as the organizations standards.
