no thank you good place private most enjoyable working with patients, management ok, co-worker are ok, a typical day very hard non-stop

Great place to learn multitasking, great Director of Nursing

Visiting patients, touching base with the nursing staff about the night shift problems, working with families, and the community.The importance of representing the facility and its resources to the community.The nursing Director was great tot work with, she saw the importance and link the Social Services is to the patient and family.Most were supportive of Social Services, some had never wokred with social services, so they struggled to improve with changes.Documentation, not hard just time consuming.The high stress of coordinating all interactions of serivces, and the families, and staff they began to learn how social services provides support.
