Very enjoyable place to work for.
Challenging work environment, Good staff/management cooperation, Competitive salary. After the merger between the two hospitals in Great Falls, MT. my satisfaction with my employer declined.
Progressive and positive department of nursing as a nursing advocate in planning and implementation of new ideas for nurses and patient care.
Columbus Hospital was a wonderful place to work as an RN. The department of nursing was very progressive in having RNs be a part of quality control and shared governance.
Great nurses, doctors, and pharmacists. All work for the good of the patients. Administration only care about money. The patients are ICU/CCU acuity. Ratio 1:5-6 during days. Impossible!
fun place to work
gave me my 1st start and inspired me to become a nurse. They were a very big company and the challenged people both mentally and physically.
A great learning experiance.
A typical day at work involved working with people in the ICU. critical environment where we did close patient care.
was one of the best places I worked, where somebody will just love our jobs.
We had a very good working relations to every Departments, Nursing supervisors, department administrators, anesthesiologist, surgeons, nurses. Everybody knows everyone since its a small hospital. It's just sad that we closed at Columbus hospital and Dr Cerrullo and his group of Neurologist and orthopedics doctors open another hospital, to continue the neurological cases and was joined with the orthopedic doctors.
I worked as a unit clerk in the third shift. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I enjoyed some of my co workers. One doctor no one liked but I was the only person she spoke to with respect.
