By far, the worst place I've ever worked.

The managers and human resources aren't so bad. When you get on the floor, you are mainly working with the elderly, it might as well be a nursing home or drug rehab. Got constant emails that we were out of certain medications. Didn't have the supplies needed to properly accommodate patients. We ran out of telle boxes, when we had patients that needed them. Ran out of trapeze bars when we had patients that needed them. Ran out of heating pads when we had patients who needed them. There was maybe 2 staff members that were helpful, the others I found very disrespectful. The trainers are power hungry and rude. Your shift will say 7-7 on the application, and the job offer, but you must be there at 6:15 sharp. They will tell you that you get two ten minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch, but don't count on it. I got yelled at by a CNA for taking a 5 minute break.

Small facility where everyone knows your name. It's nice to walk through the halls and feel welcome.
