The director of Nursing is the best I have ever had

I have gained some valuable experience at RCMH and wish to work part time or prn to help supplement my income. In my job, I get report, set up meds do patient assessments including vital signs, then administer meds and document on the Meditech system.Meanwhile, if an ER patient comes in they receive top priority care, and RCMH is a Critical Access Hospital.Report lab report to provider and act as a liaison between provider and patient or patient's family.

extensive call requirement

Mid-levels are required to do call two days a week and one weekend every 28 days. Call coverage includes ER, nursing home, and acute care. Additionally mid-level is required to work 5 eight hour days in the clinic. Mid-levels working here should be experienced and should be very career oriented.
