A great place to work as a Perinatal Clinical director

Working here was wonderful for my first hospital centered management/director position. It also helped that I had advanced to the position from a staff RN position and new my teams very well making the transition much easier. The administrative staff were very welcoming and good mentors. Unfortunately this facility was destroyed by hurricane Katrina in 2005

Working as a Nursing Assistant

I would come in the morning, get my assignment. vital were taken and documented. Activities of daily living were done. I enjoyed taking care of people. Some needed total care with feeding, bathing and turning, others enjoyed just having someone to talk to. I had a great team that I worked with and the patients were well taken care of. Lifting patients was probably the hardest part of the job. The best part is knowing that I was able to help someone or was just there to listen to them. It was a great place to work.
