Small Family like environment

A typical day of work is often very diverse with responsibilities ranging from long term care and geriatrics to pediatrics and the emergency room. There is a tight knit feel about the entire place with the people being friendly and easy to work with. The hardest part of the job is the large amount of hats that one must wear during the day. It often seems that if they can get nursing to do it they would.

Like clockwork

It was their home. They were taken care of just like we do ourselves at our home. They were good about letting us switch days if need be if we found our own replacement. Generally well staffed. At night, they thanked me for doing a good job.
