Great experience, Good food, office perosonal were amazing

The typical day started out as a rush process to get all the residents doen for breakfast and then after that everything went for smooth until lunch time then the fast paced had to be picked up again. when we had good aides on the floor the day would good very well the residents got the care they needed and the attetion that they sometimes seeked. I learned to do the restorative program and also that a smaller nursing home gave you great oppurtunity to establish good team efforts and also to become close with the managment. the hardest part of the job was when we would be short of staff and when there wasnt enough supplies we needed. i love the job because of the restorative therapy program that i grew to love and really succeed at.
