Management do not keep staff informed and constant changes Staff help one another and reliable when diasters happen and they need to be on top

I would review charts , talk with the physician regarding the patients that they were progress as needed, prepare for discharge. Morning meeting for care planning with all the different departments. Referral are address, summary written for the physician to determine whether or not he would accept the patient If any cardiac/code come in I would go to assist in the ER, Assessing patient to see if they meet criteria for admission. Hardest part is when family member refuse help afraid someone is going to take the patient away from them. When they cannot even take care of them self. But they cannot survive without the patient's check. Coworkers work with one another and know when to get help. They are very dedicated to the patients and love taking care of majority of them. They know when to have fun but know what to do if there is a problem. The most enjoyable part of the job is watching a patient who has had a stroke who could not walk or talk , doing both.
