Great experience expanded opportunities
This was a fast paced work environment that provided me with the opportunity to expand my skill set and have a positive impact on the community.
Good place to learn Healthcare IT
A typical day at work would be very busy and stressful.I learned a lot such as: working with active directory, creating ID and assigning new users to the correct organizational groups, I worked with the Cerner application modules, I learned how to troubleshoot VPN connections, different PC and peripheral troubleshooting skills and customer service skills. Management needs to work on communication skills and promote workers based on factual statistics. Co-workers were very supportive and willing to help each other. The hardest part of the job was trying to remain positive through the lack of advancement. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the customers and learning new technology.
I Loved working at this hospital
Obtained a lot of experience here.Enjoyed being a flight nurse here.Co-workers and physicians excellent!Management wonderfulDefinitely recommend this hospital for employment
Good Healthcare Revenue Projects Opportunity
Trinity Health is a not for profit organization that puts very high value on the quality of care they provide. They are one of the largest Catholic Healthcare providers in North America. They are fiscally responsible and forward looking in their growth plans for the ministry.
Currently I am in a position that I was transferred to since my skill set was need in this deptMost managers are fair and understandingLike my co-workers - easy to get along with. We work together well and help each other on a daily basis to balance our work loadHardest part of my job is that I do not have projects to work on - I set up users in a clinical application everyday and really want to work in an environment where I can work on projects with a little diversityThe most enjoyable part of the job is my team lead - working for her wants to work harder to please her. She is very good leader
Large, well established health care organization
Cutting edge health care organization continually improving operations. Very dedicated work force
Great work environment.
I really enjoyed my job. My co-workers are great. My typical day was to take pulled medical records to various doctors offices in the building. I would then work with dictation and clinic notes on the computer, making sure each dictation was correct. My supervisor was a great manager. She was very easy to approach when I had questions.
Nice people, but close-minded to new ideas.
Most of my day involves supervising staff and making sure our productivity levels stay high. I have taken every class I can to learn more about management and leadership skills. I attend regular meetings, operations meetings, forms committee, and departmental meetings. The hardest part of the job currently is keeping productivity up with very short staff. The area has an abundance of jobs, but not enough people to fill them. This was due to a natural disaster causing many people to move away and yet an increase in outsiders moving in because of a big oil boom in the area as well.
Great mission statement for their vision
I learned the full spectrum of payroll responsibilities, at this company from time cards to w-2 processing/printing.
