Flexible hours and benefits

Hill Regional hires personable and wonderful staff. They are all dedicated to providing the best care to their patients and play as a team.

I didn't like the computer charting they used.

My review of Hill Regional is not very good because they hired several people at one time, then decided they didn't need us after all after one and a half months.

Horrible Staff

Changed my rating from five to one. They make us wait ages to be seen. They've cancelled my son's appointment multiple times. Everytime he has an appointment I bring my other son but suddenly, Dena has a problem with it today, even though they allowed a woman with her two sons to be seen without hesitation. I brought that up to her and she told me "We try our best to avoid it, if possible"... Well you obviously didn't try hard enough and have no problem avoiding it with us!! She claims they made an exception for us once, even though he's gone with me to every appointment and we've had alot more than one... I wasted my gas driving 25 mins out of my way to be turned away even after telling them when I scheduled it that it has to be around 3:30 in time to get my son from school and they said "okay, I understand".. I asked Dena to have them schedule my other son to be seen at the same time so he could go back that way but they refused to do it. I guess she just enjoys wasting my gas... I've also seen other patients going back with more than one child as well... This isn't the first time. There just happened to be an obvious difference between them and I... I've had issues with that facility (Dena in particular) since day one... The first time she didn't schedule the time and date properly so we almost got turned away because of that... The second time I changed my son's insurance but didn't realize the one out of the three plans I changed him to wasn't accepted by them even though it's under the same insurance so she refused to see him... Then the third time there was a long line checking in with the screening that I already did on my phone so I went to sit down and she came up to me loudly and crazy telling me off for not doing the screening at her desk.... She's been ridiculous towards me... Yet, I've never seen her interact with other patients or parents the same way... It's a shame that I've had a terrible experience with two staff members because I really enjoyed my kids seeing Dr Seely. He been great! But it's not worth dealing with the disrespectful, unorganized staff.
