Great company to work for.

I enjoyed working at GSMC and their was plenty of room for advancement. I would of worked here the rest of my life but had to make a personal decision to leave. Good Shepherd Medical Center latest insurance was not the best but the company has alot of other perks and benefits. I worked with great co-workers and some not so great co-workers here. Management is always professional and take time for their employees no matter their needs. I loved taking care of patients and families in times of crisis and sickness and educating them when needed about their conditions. I enjoyed working with physicians one on one with bedside patient care. I learned time management, people management and lots of critical care experience in this emergency department but most of all how to be an excellent nurse.
