Demanding and helpful place to complete my clinical rotations.

Provided a fast paced experience to provide patient care. The staff were very helpful and provided a nice learning environment. I absolutely enjoyed working at this hospital with a wonderful group of nurses.

Patient oriented care

Work hour shifts .Family atmosphere. Diverse culture. Worked for 17nyears and learned a lot about people and advanced nursing skills. We start off by bedside reporting, assess patients, have a short bed huddle with all members of the shift to see what patients are at risk, feeders, fall risks, foleys , mediports lines etc. Med pass baths and any drsg changes are done. The most enjoyable part of the job is when patient goals are achieved and the hardest part is when you see your patients go especially if they expire.
