benefits

The benefits are over priced and do not cover much. The pay is bad unless you are a bad worker then they reward you by paying you more.

Education

In the field of Education every day brings new challenges and successes. Overcoming surprises, deadlines, multitasking and team coordination reduces stress and promotes excellent customer service. A typical day in this profession is not easily defined. Some days, prior to arriving you are handling urgent tasks needing immediate resolution. Other days, you accomplish tasks on your To Do List. A typical business day runs from 8am 5pm but accessibility by telephone and email 24/7 is advantageous. A benefit of this salaried position is you are allowed to handle things as they come up instead of waiting for hourly work model to deal with something. A typical day can include: processing requests, assisting others, answering the telephone, helping patients, updating permanent electronic files, generating reports, monitoring compliance, managing Time and Attendance.
