Read before making your decision

Hospital is laid back, VERY laid back. If you’re into that, neglect of pts, poor provider care…other than that, as a traveler, expensive to live, be prepared to float units and almost never work your intended unit. As an icu nurse with ALOT of critical high level experience, I would float as a SI sitter, or med-surg unit, of course PCU step down, and even telemetry monitoring room! Due to staffing, they cancelled travel contracts, mine being with two months left! I was in a six month contract and paying 2k a month to live, but with being cancelled unexpectedly where does that leave me? Just make a smart decision and choose a different hospital.
