My joy was providing nursing care to our Vets

Each day was busy with complete care provided. I learned it was not a good thing to make more salary than your co-workers. Management changed and was a challenge at times. The hardest part was watching one of the special patients go to his long home and leave the family. The best part was when you heard a patient call out they felt good because I was working that shift or when that Mom came back after the funeral and thanked me for the care.
