Hard and quick learner. very dedicated to my job and take it very serious for he growth of the company and the growth of my career.
Working on hiring with budget restrictions showing why we need help with the amount of duties that are given per therapist. Look at all therapists productivity to see it meets criteria. Go over equipment make sure we have the correct equipment to provide the best quality care to all patients. Work with other administrators to make sure we meet code requirements and that my department is the strongest we can be in all departments throughout the hospital. The hardest part of job is terminating but you have to keep the needs of the department at there highest so often times if a therapist can't meet the needs then they need to find another place that suits them better and I need to find employees that can work hard and dedicate their selves to suit the needs of my department.
Great place to work friendly atmosphere
Everyone is extremely helpful and hard working - Totally dedicated to the company.
Productive workplace. Very heavy workload, with friendly co-workers.
The workload was very heavy on a daily basis. Management was very friendly and flexible. My co-workers were kind and helpful. The hardest part of the job was the amount of work that had to be completed and the number of patients that were assigned to each worker.
I was a student in the Project Genesis Program. Everyday was a learning experience and it was exciting. I worked with many different nurses doing various tasks such as filing, running errands and answering phones. Although I worked at the desk I was taught a great deal and had wonderful encounters.
