May 04, 2015 by Anonymous RN * Patient Centered * Transfers /opportunities for learning new areas * Bonuses * Family culture * Lots of opportunity for OT * Holidays are paid 2.5x * Fair compensation for experience * Access to new technology * Ability to work for a Magnet Hospital with several certificates of specialty * Day / Night rotations - hard on any human. * High patient to staff ratios - float pool helps when they can * Every other weekend * No solid dayshift even for senior nurses
