First Nurisng Experience

My first job as a RN was here. I worked overnight float position. My job was to cover where needed. So I did over ER, OB, Nursery, Med-Surg. I learned how to put my nursing skills to use here. During the night hours staff was sparse.The hardest part about this job was the feeling the need for more orientation before being set on my own. I did learn a great did looking back now.I did enjoy working in OB and the nursery. Night time hours were very difficult for me to partake in.I did leave this position as my job description was being eliminated and there was no guarantee that I would be kept full-time.
