Rural critical access facility that focused on quality of care. Nurses managed care with standardized staffing. Care models and emergency room protocol implemented to providing streamlined, care to emergency room patients.Co-workers were amazing, worked well as a team. Management was stretched and had divided attention resulting in lack of attention to daily patient care.
