Productive and Rewarding

I was at Good Samaritan Hospital for a long time and it was very rewarding. I was a patient care technician but I did a lot more than what my job title stated. I did a little management work, I did some receptionist work and I did patient care. The most rewarding was the patient care. I worked with very sick people and some not so sick. I am now on the Management side of it and would love to be able to still work with patients in some way. I earned many Rewards for Employee of the Month and had many awards given by the hospital. I was a reliable employee and enjoyed my job.

Great Hospital with opportunities for career growth

Enjoyed working at Good Samaritan. Job was challenging but manageable. Management and co workers were wonderful and made working as a team enjoyable as well.

I was typicially received with negative feedback about current healthcare issues. Staff members rarely received positive attributes for hard work or extra time contributed to staffing issues. I enjoyed and was proud of the work and care that i provided for the hospital and community. I also developed a stong sense of support from my coworkers which tought me the importance of strong communiction between disciplines and supporting positivity within the workplace.

fun place to work

the day was busy and always on the move. But the co workers are helpful and there is team work. Management is ok I don't really know them much.
