Good experience with high volume cases

Working for a county hospital, one is faced with challenges like lack of resources. The greatest part of this job are my coworkers. Patients are getting sicker and sicker and most shifts are difficult because of lack of staff and managers that do not stay. However, the volume of patients that we see everyday gave me hard experiences that I would not get elsewhere.
