Great place to work and challenging workforce.

A day in Human Resources started with greeting co-workers and getting started for the day. I managed new pay salaries based on performance evaluations. I ran reports based on salaries and bonuses. I logged in new salaries and bonuses for payroll. I would file employee information in their personal files and fill questions regarding salary or benefits. I would often meet with heads of departments for many different reasons. I felt challenged everyday and really enjoyed my job.

Faith based medical enviroment,very caring and compassionate.

Older facility, but kept updated very well. Worked in two different departments, both were ran smoothly. The pay was less than my previous job, but the hospital was also staffed better. I would definitely work there or for the company again. It was a good experience.

A very exciting job that gave me the flexibility to work in many areas.

Baptist Hospital Beaumont gives employees the chance to keep learning new skills and so kind and helpful to the patients and their families and the staff was so easy to get along with.

Very employee oriented

Being part of the Baptist family for the past 20 years has been very inspiring for me. The staff at Baptist are caring individuals and very community oriented to the needs of the people in the area of the hospital. Being part of the ownership in this Healthcare facility has enhanced my way of life and seeing the smiles from the patients who travel through out facility warms my heart daily.
