Micromanagement

After working for Presbyterian Health Services for five years I found that over time as the uncertainty of federal reimbursement for health care progressed management of this company began to be more hypercritical and fault finding of its more experienced nurse in efforts to force them to quit or retire to be able to hire the new graduate at less money. The majority of my coworkers were fun to work with and I will miss them now that I am gone. This company no longer instills in its employees a sense of job security that it used to .
