Great place to work, great staff, great supervision. Well organized, great sense of care for the patients and a great place to be exposed to the mentally ill population.

Eh, it's okay for longevity.

For a long lasting career with good benefits this is a good place to work. The only problem is they keep making cuts, and I can see it affecting people in the union down the line. Regardless, I personally didn't feel too strongly about some of the staff. A lot of them have worked there for over 25-30 years and aren't very open minded to new people. That's all.

Pioneer community based treatment facility (NY State) defunded and closed aat the end of the Regan era disaster for human services.

Excellent staff and truly compassionate care for often homeless Brooklyn residents. Good community support until the plug was pulled in the latte70's. Now closed.

Self inspector of human treatment

This place is horrific. Nothing good can be said about this hell hole. Its terifying to the clients. People are DYING. THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO PUSH CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT. NOT A PLACE FOR HELP.
