very interesting learning how to process Medicare and Private insurance,

I would come into the office and review all of the work that had to be done on that day, sort it ou t as to what had to be done first. I would then state my day doing all of the billing required of me. I also would help new people and train them in this billing area

St Agnes Hospital

I absolutely loved working at St Agnes Hospital. I love the fast paced environment and loved the people. I worked there for 18 years and I gained a lot of experience as a Unit Secretary. I only wish that management actually cared about their staff.

people i worked with

i worked there 20 yrs ago but remember i loved the job itself but supervisor was very difficult to work with. coworkers were wonderful, we all helped each other out. learned a lot about healthcare in the hospital setting rather than office which is where i had always worked. very fast paced.
