fun work place. management needed compassion for their workers

Overall this hospital could have been a great place to work if they had just changed the management team.

Fast paced environment, different everyday

The day consisted of waking patients, taking them to school and therapeutic activities, keeping a safe environment for all. I learned many ways to handle crisis situations, continued learning everyday. The hardest part of my job was having to do take downs and seclusions on patients. I enjoyed every part of my job.

Awful place to be

I'm not even going to sugar coat it. This place was the very definition of awful. Everything from the shaddy staff, the number of volunteers who acted like they didn't even want to be there, The inequality of the building conditions; doctors/high rank individuals were in a large, luxury building which was sanitary and clearly had money put into it, but then the patients themselves were housed in buildings of VERY cheap and unsanitary conditions which was likely kept seceret from any outsider as everyone was likely tricked into thinking the patients were staying at this nice, well-kept building. Pfft, yeah right. And don't even get me started with how lousy the food was there. I'm not at all surprised this place was closed down. It absolutely deserved it. The place/how they ran things there was an absolute joke. I still have horrible flashbacks being at this so called, "hospital"
