Excellent Entry Level Position

A typical day at work you will travel from the office to your home visits. I have learned that time management is very important. Working as a Michelle P. Waiver case manager is very busy, but your days go by fast. The coworkers are always there to help you when you need it. The hardest part of the job is keeping up with the ever changing state guidelines. Some times they don't tell you that a guideline has changed until you stumble upon it on their website 6 months later. I enjoy getting to know my clients and learning about them and seeing the progress they make to become as independent as possible.

Too much paperwork

A typical day would be to work in an office and do paperwork. I'm not opposed to paperwork, but would have liked to have seen my clients more. Most of my co-workers were good to work with. The hardest part of the job was the paperwork. The most enjoyable was the clients. Management never helped, just sent down ways that the paperwork needed to be changed, but never offered to help.
