TRH work environment

My experience of the work environment at TRH is that of closely guarded and judged by the community. My co-workers are hard working. Never know what may come through the doors.

Small town hospital where co workers/patients become like family

This is a small hospital in rural Mississippi. Although this is a great place to work and I have loved my job here, there is simply not enough money spent on the facility or the patients ti give good quality care. Staffing is poor and new procedures are performed at the lowest possible cost. There is way to much responsibility on some staff and not enough on others.It seems like the bottom line at this for profit facility is money
