learning orthopediatrics

Learning all aspects of Ortho and neuron and assisting the RN's. Assisting and helping with rehab and getting patients ready to go home. The hardest part was having 7 patients and doing all the work. Overall the hospital was great to work at.

I reviewed this job already and I loved it.

Great people and helping patients. I worked with rehab patients care, taking vital signs, assisting with proper hygiene and cleanliness.

Turn over in the Medical Staff

I loved working at Bone and Joint Hospital. I only had a maximum patient load of 4 which was total patient care. My co-workers were always willing to help and teach me. The hardest part of my job was having to leave but I enjoyed working with everyone I worked with. The reason I had to leave Bone and Joint Hospital is they had a bunch of Physicians leave to build their own hospital and there were not many patients at that time to care for. So I got laid off because I was the newest person hired at the time.
